Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 small onion, diced fine
4 eggs
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (2 c.)
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Preparation

Drain marinade from 1 jar artichokes into a frying pan and saute onion until limp.
Drain marinade from other jar and throw out, keeping only artichokes.
Chop into pieces.
In a bowl, beat eggs with a fork, add crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and Tabasco sauce.
Stir in cheese, parsley, artichokes and onions.
Turn mixture into greased 7 x 11-inch baking pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set when lightly touched.
Let cool in pan.
Cut into squares and serve cold or hot.
