Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cheap hamburger
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. liquid smoke
3 Tbsp. Morton tenderizer
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Shape into 2 rolls (2-inch diameter). Wrap in foil, shiny side out.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Next day, prick holes in bottom of foil.
Bake on broiler rack at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
Chill well before serving.
