Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 pt. fresh strawberries
1 large container whipped topping
2 baked 9-inch pie shells
2 c. cold water
1 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
Preparation

Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and gelatin in a pan.
Bring to a boil and cook until thick and clear.
Cool.
Line cooled pie shells with fresh strawberries.
Pour mixture over strawberries in shells.
Refrigerate until set.
Top with whipped topping.
Makes two pies.
