Apricot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. cut up dried apricots
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1/4 c. corn oil
    2 egg whites
    1 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 9 to 12 muffins.
    Low-fat and cholesterol.
