Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 carrots, cut in 3-inch pieces
2 potatoes, peeled and quartered
3 to 4 lb. corned beef brisket
2 to 3 onions, quartered
1 head cabbage, cut into wedges
1 to 2 c. water
Preparation

In crock-pot:
Put ingredients in pot in order given.
Cover and cook on low for 12 to 24 hours or high for 7 to 10 hours. Push cabbage wedges down into liquid after 5 to 6 hours (on low) or 2 to 3 hours (on high).
