Tuna-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. elbow macaroni
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped celery, with tops
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can (1 lb. 12 oz) tomatoes, undrained
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
dash non-caloric sugar substitute or small amount sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
2 cans (6 1/2 oz) tuna, drained or dietetic tuna, drained
Preparation
