Halibut In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 oz. halibut
1/4 onion, sliced
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 Tbsp. granulated garlic
4 sliced mushrooms
1/2 Tbsp. lemon pepper

Preparation

Place halibut in foil with all ingredients on top.
Wrap foil loosely and close each end.
Put on baking sheet in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
