Crostini Alle Olive(Fried Bread With Olives) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. fresh porcini mushrooms, champignons or button mushrooms
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 c. black olives
1 garlic clove, peeled
6 slices firm, coarse bread
Preparation

Cut a loaf of French bread into 1/2-inch slices.
Do not cut all the way through.
Butter slices generously.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and grated Romano cheese.
Wrap in foil paper.
Put in 325\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
