Fruit And Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dried apricots, diced
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. orange rind
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mixed candied fruit
    2/3 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Combine apricots and water, let set 10 minutes; drain well. Sift together dry ingredients.
    Beat butter, sugar, fruit rinds, eggs and lemon juice together until fluffy.
    Combine flour and butter mixtures with sour cream.
    Fold in apricots, candied fruits and nuts.
    Drop onto greased cookie sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
