Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    onion
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 pkg. green onion powdered chip mix
    1 small can chopped green chili peppers
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. sauted corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and onion in skillet. Mix separately the cheese, milk, chip mix, chili peppers, pimento and chicken soup. Layer the tortillas on the bottom of 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish. Add mixture, then meat. Top with grated cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly hot.
