Beef Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked beef
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can beefy mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. cooked potatoes
    pie shell
Preparation
    Cut beef into small pieces.
    Saute pepper and onion in oil until brown.
    Add meat, soup, mushrooms, garlic powder and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Mix 2 tablespoons cold water with 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
    Add to hot filling and stir.
    Pour mixture into pie shell and top with 2 cups sliced potatoes.
    Top with pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
