Spanish Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    1 can Spanish rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Brown together the beef, onion and garlic and drain.
    Mix in remaining ingredients and simmer on low for 20 or 30 minutes.
