Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1/4 c. olive oil or butter
    2 to 3 large potatoes
    milk
    2 stalks celery
    1 pt. half and half
    4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil until soft (do not brown).
    Peel and cook potatoes (cut in small cubes).
    Add chicken broth and potatoes to onion and celery; simmer.
    Just before serving, add half and half and milk to taste.
