Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, wash and cut in half
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 shakes hot red pepper
    1 1/3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    few shakes dry parsley flakes
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and marinate in a bowl in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
