Apple Bread Pudding With Vanilla Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    1/3 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 to 4 croissants, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 c. peeled and cubed apples
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix cream, milk, eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon until blended.
    Add bread, apples and raisins and toss until saturated.
    Let set for 1 hour.
    Pour pudding into greased 8-inch square pan.
    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon over top.
    Place pan in shallow pan and fill with water until 2/3 of the way up sides of pudding pan.
    Bake 50 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
