pizza dough
3 large ripe tomatoes (per pizza)
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
fresh grated Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
crushed oregano
corn meal
Preparation

Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
Prepare pan with olive oil and sprinkle with corn meal. Stretch out pizza dough until very thin.
Top with a little olive oil.
Rub around top of dough.
