Gorilla Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. vegetable olive oil
    2 large chopped onions
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 1/2 lb. macaroni, shells, elbows or other shaped noodles
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 (2 lb. 3 oz.) cans Italian-style tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, slightly thawed
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef in the 2 tablespoons oil (about 5 minutes). Add chopped onion, celery and grated carrots.
    Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, salt, oregano, pepper and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cover.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
