Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. oil or butter
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes, chopped or 1 can crushed tomatoes
    salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions until soft but not brown.
    Combine beef, onions, oil or butter, pine nuts, seasoning and lemon juice.
    This is your stuffing.
