Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red bell pepper, roasted
    1 green bell pepper, roasted
    1 yellow bell pepper, roasted
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Remove seeds from all peppers
    Place ingredients in food processor or blender and puree.
    Store in an airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Makes about 2 cups.
