Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. black beans
    14 oz. can corn with juice
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    4 cloves finely chopped garlic
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Soak and cook beans according to package directions or substitute 2 cans black beans, drained.
    Add all ingredients and stir.
    This keeps well and is good warm or cold.
