Red, White And Blue Delite - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Entenmann's pound cake
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
sliced fresh strawberries
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
fresh blueberries or may use Polaner all fruit
1 tub Cool Whip
rum (optional)
Preparation

Prepare pudding according to box.
Slice pound cake and put 1 layer in bottom of clear glass bowl.
Sprinkle rum over cake, if desired.
Spread 1/3 of pudding over cake.
Place sliced strawberries on pudding.
Add another layer of sliced cake, rum and pudding.
Place crushed pineapple or blueberries on this layer. Add final layer of sliced cake, rum and pudding.
Place remaining layer of fruit and refrigerate 1 hour.
(Dessert will settle.) Cover top with Cool Whip before serving.
Can use fat-free cake. Make pudding with skim milk and use lite Cool Whip.
Use any fruit you like.
