Fish In Foil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. dolphin fillets (into 4 portions)
1 large sweet onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 summer squash, sliced
lemon juice
pepper
paprika
butter or margarine
lemon wedges
Preparation

Tear foil in 18 x 20-inch pieces.
Make 4 boats.
Place a slice of onion on bottom. Put fish on top.
Place veggies on side of fish.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or put on barbecue grill.
