Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. finely cut raw cooking apples
Preparation
    Cream together sugars and shortening.
    Add eggs and milk; mix well.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add apples.
    Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle a mixture of white and brown sugar and cinnamon over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
