Sara Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans fruit cocktail
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. red jello
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 regular pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
    14 maraschino cherries, quartered
    1/2 c. walnuts, quartered
    2 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail; take 1 1/2 cups juice and full boil. Dissolve jello.
    Refrigerate to medium hard.
    Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until fluffy.
    Add jello.
    Mix well.
    Add Cool Whip with spoon gently.
    Stir in fruit, maraschino cherries, marshmallows and nuts.
    Freezes well.
    Takes 8 hours to thaw. Makes 1 large bowl.
