Lo-Cal Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. grated or sliced onion
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of hot sauce
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. vegetable (optional)
Preparation
    Spray a 9-inch pie plate with Pam. Grate cheese in bottom of plate.
    Put onion on top and 1 cup vegetable if you wish.
    All else in blender.
    Pour in pie pan on top of other ingredients. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
