Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. pecans
1 stick margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation

Pour coconut and pecans into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Prepare chocolate cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Drop by spoonfuls on top of cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
