Spinach Salad With Pears, Pecans And Feta(Middle East) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. fresh spinach, stems removed and leaves washed
2 large ripe but firm pears, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
1 tsp. mild-flavored honey
1/2 to 1 tsp. Dijon mustard to taste
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Toss together the spinach, pears, pecans, Feta and mint.
Mix together the lemon juice, vinegar, honey, mustard and yogurt. Whisk in the olive oil or shake together in a jar.
Add salt and pepper.
Toss with the salad just before serving.
Serves 4.
