Starter-Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. \"bread flour\"
    3 Tbsp. \"Pillsbury Idaho Potato Granules\"
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. starter
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    6 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Mix and put in a large glass bowl, sprayed with Pam.
    Cover with dry dish towel overnight (leave out).
    In morning, knead 10 times.
    Divide into 2 parts; knead each 8 to 10 times.
    (Use a little flour, if necessary.)
    Put into pans sprayed with Pam. Cover and let rise all day until supper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
