Chicken Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cooked chicken breast (4) chopped very fine
1/2 c. chopped candied ginger, crushed
1/2 c. ground almonds
2 fresh shallots, minced
2 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. softened butter
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Combine ginger, almonds, shallots, curry powder, salt and pepper, lemon juice, softened butter, cream cheese, and chicken. Toast in heavy skillet over medium heat 3/4 c. sesame seed, 1 tbsp. sugar.
Cool.
Shape chicken mix into 4 rolls.
Cut wax paper, spread 2 tbsp. seed on paper and roll the rolls in it.
Bring to room temperature to serve with sesame crackers.
