Brunch Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 lb. sausage or 1 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    8 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cheese.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cheese in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Saute mushrooms, onions and pepper in oleo.
    Brown meat.
    Layer vegetables and meat over cheese.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over meat.
    Combine flour, milk, eggs and parsley; beat. Pour over other ingredients.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown and eggs are set.
    Garnish with pepper and parsley, if desired.
