Chicken Fettucini Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breast, cut into cubes
    1/2 c. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 lb. fettucini, cooked al dente
    1 c. yogurt (plain nonfat)
Preparation
    Coat chicken cubes with seasoned flour.
    Saute chicken and onion over medium heat in pan heavily coated with Pam.
    Sprinkle lightly browned chicken and onion with paprika and cayenne.
    When chicken is lightly browned, stir in chicken broth, bringing mixture to boil.
    Cook fettucini according to directions; drain and then add with yogurt to chicken mixture.
    Stir to blend all ingredients and serve hot.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
    Great with a salad and French or Cuban bread.
