Oriental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. dry rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. soy sauce (we use less and \"lite\" soy sauce)
    3 c. water (plus more if you use less soy sauce)
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and celery. Add rice, mushroom soup, soy sauce and water.
    Bring to a boil. Stir. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
