No-Bake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 c. shredded coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in a large pan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove pan from heat.
    Add peanut butter and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in oats and coconut.
    Spread in pan. Refrigerate until set.
    Cut into bars.
    Store in refrigerator.
