Strawberry Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 deep dish pie shells, baked and cooled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients with mixer until very smooth and no lumps.
Add 1 carton Cool Whip and mix for 1 minute.
If mixture is too stiff, add a little milk.
Pour into pie shells and refrigerate.
These pies can be made up ahead of time and frozen. When ready to serve, top with fresh strawberries or your favorite fresh fruit.
