Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 avocados (2 small or 1 large)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small onion
1 medium tomato
1 to 2 Tbsp. sour cream or plain yogurt (optional)
Preparation

Peel, seed and mash avocados.
Add lemon juice and sour cream. Mince onion.
Add to avocado.
Peel tomato.
Remove seeds and juice.
Chop tomato and add to avocado.
