Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg
1 Tbsp. grated orange zest
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. chopped fresh cranberries
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Pour into lined loaf pan and bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Freezes well.
