Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) pkg. wild long grain rice
1 c. margarine
1 large onion
1 large bell pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 lb. process cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation

Cook rice as directed on package. Saute the onion and pepper in margarine.
Add vegetables, mushrooms and cheese to hot cooked rice. Stir until cheese melts. Pour into baking dish.
Cook 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
