Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Add oil and sugar to beaten eggs; then add zucchini and vanilla.
Cream these together.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix until thoroughly blended. Add nuts to mixture.
Pour in pans and bake 1 hour or until done. Let cool and enjoy.
