Great Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) pie shells
1 1/3 to 1 2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. orange extract
4 c. cut up fresh rhubarb or frozen
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients but margarine.
Pour into pie shell and dot with margarine, then put top on pie.
Cut slits and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 50 minutes.
