Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 large jars baby carrots
Preparation

Beat together vegetable oil and baby carrots.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture.
Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Very moist.
