Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft oleo
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 loaf pans.
Mix the first 6 ingredients well.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Add alternately with zucchini.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
After cake cools, can frost with favorite frosting.
