Sausage And Egg Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie crust shell, thawed and unbaked
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fully cooked frozen sausage links
4 eggs
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onion
paprika to garnish
Preparation

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 450\u00b0.
Slice each sausage link into one quarter inch pieces.
Cook according to package directions; drain on paper towels.
In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly with fork.
Stir in milk, cheeses, green onion and sausage.
Pour into thawed pie crust; sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool on wire rack 15 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
