Potato Soup - Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chopped potatoes
    1 chopped onion
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    5 c. water
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 chopped carrot
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except evaporated milk in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low, 10 to 12 hours or high, 3 to 4 hours.
    Stir evaporated milk during last hour.
