Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. solid vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar or cider vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine flour and shortening thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Press into pie pan and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until brown.
