Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls (8 pack)
1 lb. Neese's hot sausage
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook and crumble sausage; drain well.
Press rolls into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle sausage over rolls.
Beat eggs slightly; add milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well; pour over sausage.
Sprinkle cheese over all and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
