Savory Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, drained and flaked
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 large egg white
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine salmon, potatoes, yogurt, mustard, egg white, carrot, onion, paprika and lemon juice.
    Shape into 8 patties.
    Put bread crumbs on a plate and coat the patties with the crumbs.
