Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. quick-cook oatmeal
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. white syrup (Karo)
    pinch of salt (1/4 tsp.)
    16 tart shells
    pecans
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine
    in
    small pan.
    Pour sugar into mixing bowl. Pour
    margarine
    directly into sugar.
    Measure oatmeal. Add enough
    water
    to wet oatmeal thoroughly (water will cook out). Add
    oatmeal to sugar and margarine mixture.
    Add syrup and salt. Whip mixture.
