Spanish Rice Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. ground chuck beef
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of dried basil
    pinch of dried oregano
    2 c. hot, cooked rice
    1 small can pimentos, cut up
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook onions and pepper in butter about 3 minutes, until soft.
    Add beef and cook until lightly browned. Stir in tomato soup, water, vinegar, salt, basil and oregano, blending well.
    Stir in the cooked rice and pimento.
    Put in 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
