Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix egg, margarine, vanilla, milk, oil and rhubarb; set aside. Mix sugar, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix all together and add nuts; pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
