Banana-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced bananas
Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Add and stir (do not beat) remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool in pan.
Serve plain or with ice cream or whipped topping.
